How It Works

The Lavish Box includes 6-9 pieces that offers our full luxury line of essentials. Our boxes are shipped on a seasonal basis. Upon your first purchase, your credit card will be charged immediately, and you can expect to receive your first box within 15-20 days of purchase. From that point, you will be on our regularly scheduled orders and deliveries. The box delivery schedule is as follows:

Spring Box: February – April (Ships by March 15th)

Summer Box: May – July (Ships by June 15th)

Fall Box: August – October (Ships by September 15th)

Winter Box: November – January (Ships by December 15th)

After selecting either seasonal or annual billing, you will be charged immediately at checkout. You will be sent an email confirmation of your order and will be given access to your Lavish Slumbers account right away. Can I just buy one box?

When will I get billed?

You will be charged immediately upon purchasing your first subscription box. From that point on, you will be placed on our regular recurring billing cycle based on your chosen subscription. We are a quarterly subscription, so you will receive boxes every 3 months, but you will be billed on the 1st of the month related to your subscription cycle purchased (quarterly, semi-annual, or annual). For instance, if you purchased your subscription in January and you chose a quarterly subscription, your next billing date will be on April 1st.

Please note that if your subscription begins in a later quarter, you will still be billed at the time you place your first order. After the pre-paid duration has completed, you will be converted to an auto renewal subscription and billed when your next shipment is being processed, or as otherwise indicated in your account. You will be notified via email when your order is shipped.

Which box will I receive?

Based on the time of purchase, you can expect to receive a box in relation to our box schedule. Our box schedule is listed below. For instance, if you purchase a box in March, you can expect your first box to be the Spring box. You will get charged immediately upon purchase in March, and then placed on our regular quarterly subscription cycle. See when will I get billed for additional details.

Where and how do we ship?

We ship via USPS internationally. Please allow for longer delivery to APO addresses and outside the United States. We are not responsible for long ship times to international deliveries.

USA: Free Shipping

Canada: $20 Flat Fee

Rest of the world: $25 Flat Fee

(Taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination). Please note: Orders are placed in US dollars only. To find out what fees may apply, please contact your customs office.

International Shipping Disclaimer 

You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.

As an international buyer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to entering this giveaway. If custom’s fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your gift will be returned, and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

Shipping Terms and Returned Mail

Lavish Slumbers, LLC is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched. We cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The entrant accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.

Lavish Slumbers, LLC is not responsible for incorrect addresses, unclaimed mail, or any returned mail due to failure to pick up or customer error. If you believe your box has been returned to us, please contact info@lavishslumbers.com. If we have your package, we will ask you to pay the shipping fee for your redelivery.

Cancellation Policy

We will be so sad to see you go! Cancellations can be processed during the subscription period, but only after receipt of the first subscription box. If you’d like to cancel your subscription after receiving your first box, then please be sure to do so before the date of your next billing cycle. Check your account to know when your next cycle will be billed. We charge auto-renewal subscriptions on the 1st.

There are no cancellation fees.

Please note that cancelling your subscription will disable the auto-renewal feature on your account, but it will not affect your current order.

Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. Annual subscription cancellation requests will go into effect at the end of the annual term. Annual subscriptions are prepaid for 4 boxes of your membership and are nonrefundable.

Need to skip a month?

No worries, you can skip a shipment at any time. To do so, log into account to pause the subscription.

Refund Policy:

All purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not offer any refunds of any kind. If an item arrived damaged, please contact us at info@lavishslumbers.com. We want you to be happy! If there is a reason you are upset with your box, please contact us immediately.

Sized-Apparel Return Policy

We go by the sizing that is listed on your order upon purchase. If you need to make a size adjustment, we will be happy to accept an exchange based on what we have available in stock within 7 days of the order receipt date. The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and undamaged. Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags attached. You will be responsible for all added on shipping charges.
