What Size Should I Order?

Every size and shape is specific and unique to each individual. Additionally, sizing and cuts will also vary based on the brand. There is truly no foolproof way to find the perfect size when shopping online, but we try our best to provide general sizing guidelines, product descriptions, and additional details to help guide you.

What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four interest-free payments.

Where and how do I use Afterpay?
It can be used for purchases made at LavishSlumbers.com or in Lavish Slumbers stores.

When shopping online, choose Afterpay as your payment method at Checkout. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details; returning customers simply login to make their puchase. For in-store shopping, add your Afterpay card to Apple Wallet to use when you check out.

Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible to use Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply, and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.

Can I use Afterpay for international orders?
Afterpay is only offered to customers who have a U.S. billing address, a U.S. shipping address, a U.S. Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), or American Express, and a U.S. mobile phone number.

How does the Afterpay payment schedule work?
Customers make their first payment at the time of purchase, and the remaining three paymnets are deducted every two weeks using your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.
 
Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction with Afterpay?
Yes. Transaction value limits apply to purchases made at LavishSlumbers.com or in Lavish Slumbers stores.
 
What products aren't eligible for purchase using Afterpay?
Afterpay can't be used to purchase Gift Cards. If you're buying Gift Cards along with Afterpay-eligible products, you'll need to place two separate orders.
 
When will my items be delivered if I use Afterpay?
Afterpay purchases are delivered within our usual timeframe. See shipping information below.
 
How do I return or exchange items purchased using Afterpay?
Please refer to the return policy below to return or exchange items purchased at LavishSlumbers.com or in Lavish Slumbers stores. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.
 
How would a partial refund affect my Afterpay payments?
Afterpay will be notified once your refund is processed. Your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment and working backward. In the case where a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Afterpay will eliminate the fourth installment payment and charge the remaining amount of your third payment.
 
What if I can't pay an Afterpay installment?
If funds aren't available or you don't make your payment when it's due, late fees may apply. View all terms.

Shipping: Where and How Do You Ship?

We ship via USPS internationally. We typically get all orders out within a 3-5 day window.

Please allow for longer deliveries and shipping timeframes due to Covid and to APO addresses outside the United States. We are not responsible for long or delayed ship times to international deliveries and for Covid related delays.

USA: See applicable shipping rates upon order confirmation

Canada: Minimum $20 Flat Fee

Rest of the world: Minimum $25 Flat Fee

(Taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination). Please note: Orders are placed in US dollars only. To find out what fees may apply, please contact your customs office.

International Shipping Disclaimer 

You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.

As an international buyer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to entering this giveaway. If custom’s fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your gift will be returned, and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

Shipping Terms and Returned Mail

Lavish Slumbers, LLC is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched. We cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The entrant accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.

Lavish Slumbers, LLC is not responsible for incorrect addresses, unclaimed mail, or any returned mail due to failure to pick up or customer error. If you believe your shipment has been returned to us, please contact info@lavishslumbers.com. If we have your package, we will ask you to pay the shipping fee for your redelivery.

Cancellation Policy - B.Y.O.B (Build Your Own Box Subscriptions)

We will be so sad to see you go! Cancellations can be processed during the subscription period, but only after receipt of the first subscription box. If you’d like to cancel your subscription after receiving your first box, then please be sure to do so before the date of your next billing cycle. Check your account to know when your next cycle will be billed. We charge auto-renewal subscriptions on the 1st.

There are no cancellation fees.

Please note that cancelling your subscription will disable the auto-renewal feature on your account, but it will not affect your current order.

Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. Annual subscription cancellation requests will go into effect at the end of the annual term. Annual subscriptions are prepaid for 4 boxes of your membership and are nonrefundable.

Need to skip a month?

No worries, you can skip a shipment at any time. To do so, log into account to pause the subscription.

Return and Refund Policy:

All returns and exchanges must be received within 20 days from the order date to receive a refund. All items will be subject to a $6 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund or e-gift card store credit that is sent by email.

All Exchanges and Returns are subject to prior management approval. Lavish Slumbers can deny a return or exchange at any time due to defective, damaged, or worn items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. We reserve the right to give partial store credits based on the condition of the item. Items that appear to be worn, have stains, pet hairs or odors will not be accepted. We will inform you by email should we deny your return or exchange.

Damaged Items

If an item arrived damaged, please contact us at info@lavishslumbers.com within 3 days of the order receipt date or the item(s) cannot be returned. We want you to be happy and will work diligently to correct the issue.

Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping and restocking fees if a return to our store is attempted.

Out-of-Stock Items

Due to unforeseen events, there may be times that items originally purchased will be out of stock and no longer available. No worries! In the event, that this may happen, you will receive a refund notification and full refund back to the original method of payment.

Apparel Return Policy

We go by the sizing and selections that are listed on your order upon purchase. If you need to make a size adjustment, we will be happy to accept an exchange based on what we have available in stock. You will need to contact and make the request within 3 days of the order receipt date. The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and undamaged. Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags attached. You will be responsible for all additional shipping charges.

When Will My Return Be Processed?

Please allow between 10-14 business days from the date that you mailed back your items for your return to be processed. You will receive an email upon confirmation.

How Long Does It Take To Receive My Store Credit?

You will receive an email confirmation stating that your return has been processed. You can then expect to receive your Lavish Slumbers E-Gift Card sent to the email address that we have on file within 3-5 business days.

Final Sale Items

All final sale purchases are final and nonrefundable; thus, we do not offer any refunds of any kind for these items. These include (but are not limited to):

*Gift Cards

*Intimate apparel (examples: lingerie, hosiery, bras/bralette/sticky bras, panties, half camis, bodysuits, leggings, biking shorts, bathing/swim suits)

*Monogrammed or personalized pieces

*Jewelry

*Face Masks

*Liquid products and/or edible products (examples: food, beverages, lotions, perfumes, sanitizers, body washes, etc)
